Roles & Responsibilities:

• Connect with students and guide them toward the right career opportunities.
• Handle admission inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and follow-ups.
• Convert leads into successful admissions.
• Maintain and update student records in CRM.
• Achieve targets and contribute to team performance.
• Work in a professional and supportive environment.
• Team Leaders will lead, motivate, and manage the counselling team.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Positive attitude and professional behavior.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office & CRM.
• Graduation in any stream.
• Experience in counselling, sales, or admissions will be preferred.
• Leadership and team-handling skills required for Team Leader role.
