Open Positions:

• Admission Counsellor

• Senior Admission Counsellor

Roles & Responsibilities: 

• Connect with prospective students and guide them regarding courses, admissions, and career opportunities

• Handle admission inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, follow-ups, and counselling sessions

• Convert leads into successful admissions through effective communication and counselling skills

• Maintain and update student records, follow-ups, and daily activities in CRM

• Achieve daily and monthly targets while maintaining professional communication standards

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth admission and onboarding processes

• Team Leaders will additionally manage, train, motivate, and monitor the performance of the counselling team 

Candidate Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong convincing and counselling abilities

• Positive attitude with a professional approach toward work

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM handling

• Graduation in any stream

• Experience in admissions, counselling, telecalling, or sales will be preferred

• Leadership and team management skills required for Team Leader role
