Job Title: Telecaller (Experienced)

• Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.
• Maintain customer records and update CRM on a daily basis.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.
• Build and maintain good customer relationships.
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead management.
• Required SkillsMinimum 6 months of Telecalling/Telesales experience.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi.
• Basic English communication is an added advantage.
• Good convincing and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
