Location:  Sardhana Kaili, Meerut, UP

Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Fabrication & Erection Engineer responsible for supervising and executing Fabrication & Erection activities at project sites. The candidate should have experience in structural erection, fabrication, installation, site coordination, and project execution in industrial/building/infrastructure projects. The candidate must ensure quality work, safety compliance, and timely completion of fabrication& erection activities as per project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

·        Supervise and execute structural/steel fabrication & erection activities at site.

·        Ensure erection work is carried out as per approved drawings and project specifications.

·        Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, contractors, and vendors for smooth project execution.

·        Handle manpower planning and site work allocation.

·        Monitor fabrication, installation, alignment, and erection work.

·        Ensure proper utilization of materials, tools, and machinery at site.

·        Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records.

·        Inspect quality of work and ensure compliance with safety standards.

·        Coordinate with QA/QC and safety departments during execution.

·        Resolve site-related technical issues during erection activities.

·        Ensure timely completion of assigned work within project schedule.

Required Skills

·        Knowledge of structural steel erection and fabrication work.

·        Ability to read engineering drawings and BOQ.

·        Good knowledge of site execution and project coordination.

·        Familiarity with safety procedures and construction standards.

·        Strong leadership and team handling skills.

·        Good communication and reporting skills.

Qualification

·        Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical / Civil Engineering or related field.

Preferred Experience

·        Experience in EPC Projects, Industrial Projects, Building Construction, Hospital, Medical College, University, Factory, Warehouse, or Infrastructure Projects.

·        Experience in handling heavy structural erection and site execution activities
