About the RoleGlobal Energy System is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales Executives (Male/Female) to promote and sell residential and commercial solar energy solutions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to generate and close sales opportunities.

• Open PositionsSales Executive (Female) – Office & Customer Handling
• Field Sales Executive (Male) – Solar Sales & Site Visits
• Key ResponsibilitiesSales Executive (Female)Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and walk-in visits.
• Explain solar products, PM Surya Ghar Yojana benefits, and subsidy details.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with prospective customers.
• Coordinate with the sales and installation teams.
• Maintain customer records and CRM updates.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Field Sales Executive (Male)Visit residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
• Generate new leads through field marketing and references.
• Conduct site visits and explain solar system benefits.
• Negotiate with customers and successfully close solar deals.
• Coordinate with technical teams for project execution.
• Meet monthly sales and revenue targets.
• EligibilityMinimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (Preferred)
• Experience in Sales, Marketing, Solar Industry, Banking, Finance, or Insurance will be preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphone applications.
• Additional RequirementsFor Field Sales Executive: Two-wheeler and valid Driving License preferred.
• Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
