Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer with 3+ years of hands-on experience in construction site supervision, execution, billing, and coordination. The candidate will be responsible for mnaging day-to-day site activities, ensuring quality work execution, and maintaining project timelines.

• Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage daily construction site activities.
• Execute civil works as per drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and vendors.
• Monitor labor productivity and material consumption.
• Ensure quality control and safety compliance at site.
• Prepare daily progress reports and site documentation.
• Check measurements and assist in billing work.
• Handle site inspections and resolve technical issues.
• Ensure timely completion of projects within budget.
• Maintain records of materials, work progress, and manpower.
• Required Skills Good knowledge of civil construction and site execution.
• Ability to read drawings and BOQ.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office preferred.
• Experience in RCC, finishing, and infrastructure works.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Problem-solving and team management abilities.
• Preferred Experience Residential / Commercial / Industrial project experience.
• Experience in contractor or real estate company preferred.

• Salary As per industry standards / Negotiable based on experience.
