Kitchen Helper

Responsibilities

• Assist cooks in food preparation.
• Wash, cut, and prepare vegetables, meat, and other ingredients.
• Prepare basic food items as instructed.
• Plate and serve food.
• Pack takeaway and online delivery orders accurately.
• Keep kitchen workstations clean and organized.
• Refill ingredients and supplies at cooking stations.
• Receive and store groceries and raw materials properly.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
• Assist with opening, closing, and stock counting when required.
• Work as part of the kitchen team and follow the Head Cook's instructions.

Requirements

• Previous restaurant experience is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good teamwork and a willingness to learn.
• Punctual, disciplined, and hardworking.
