Job Description
Position: Client Relationship Executive
Experience: 1–3 Years (Freshers with relevant skills may also apply)
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Client Relationship Executive to manage client interactions, convert sales leads, maintain strong customer relationships, and assist with basic accounting and payment follow-ups. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, basic accounting knowledge, and experience handling leads generated through digital marketing platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective and existing clients.
Manage and follow up on leads received from Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads), Google Ads, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, and other lead generation platforms.
Understand customer requirements and convert inquiries into business opportunities.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular communication.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM or Excel.
Possess basic accounting knowledge, including invoice verification and account reconciliation.
Follow up with clients for outstanding payments and maintain payment records.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on leads, sales, and payment follow-ups.
Resolve client queries and ensure timely issue resolution.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Basic accounting knowledge.
Experience in payment follow-up and accounts receivable coordination.
Knowledge of lead management from Meta Ads, Google Ads, IndiaMART, and TradeIndia.
Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and CRM software.
Ability to multitask and work in a target-oriented environment.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience in sales, customer service, client handling, or accounts will be an added advantage.
