Job Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Assist customers and ensure excellent customer service.
- Monitor jewellery stock, inventory, and product displays.
- Handle billing, cash management, and daily sales reports.
- Maintain proper store records and ensure product security.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Ensure the store maintains cleanliness, discipline, and professional standards.
Requirements
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Strong customer-handling and sales skills.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and store operations.
- Ability to manage a team and achieve sales targets.
- Responsible, organised, and customer-focused attitude.
