Job Description
- Prepare interior design concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings.
- Prepare 2D floor plans, furniture layouts, and working drawings.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and preferences.
- Take site measurements and prepare drawings accordingly.
- Coordinate with the production and site teams for execution.
- Prepare material selections, specifications, and basic BOQ/quantity details.
- Ensure designs are practical and suitable for execution.
- Coordinate with carpenters, site supervisors, vendors, and contractors.
- Make design modifications based on client requirements and site conditions.
- Monitor ongoing work to ensure it matches the approved design and drawings.
- Prepare presentations and design proposals for clients.
- Maintain proper records of drawings, revisions, and project details.
