Cluster Manager

Responsible for managing and driving insurance business across multiple bank branches through effective team handling and relationship management. Build strong partnerships with branch managers and bank staff to create strong mind share and increase insurance penetration within the branch network. Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to achieve business targets through regular branch visits, staff training, and customer engagement activities.
