Key Responsibilities :-

1. Student Enrollment & Lead Management

• Generate, qualify, and convert leads through calls, emails, social media, and walk-ins.
• Conduct counseling sessions to guide prospective students regarding courses and career paths.
• Follow up consistently with leads and maintain a structured sales funnel.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
• Develop partnerships with colleges, and educational consultants.
• Organize campus drives, seminars, and workshops in collaboration with partners.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in CRM systems.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
