Telesales Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to handle customer inquiries and order processing for Honda authorized two-wheeler spare parts.

This role involves working with existing and fixed customers (retailers) who have been associated with us for several years.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with existing customers regarding spare parts inquiries
• Process customer orders and coordinate with the warehouse for dispatch
• Follow up with retailers for repeat orders and ongoing business
• Conduct payment follow-ups with customers
• Maintain strong and professional relationships with customers

Requirements:

• Good communication skills
• Ability to handle calls and follow-ups efficiently
• Prior experience in telecalling or customer support preferred
