Dispatch Supervisor

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Dispatch Supervisor to oversee daily dispatch operations, ensure timely delivery of materials, maintain dispatch records, and coordinate with production, stores, transporters, and customers. The ideal candidate should have experience in manufacturing or the steel industry and possess strong coordination and documentation skills.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and supervise daily dispatch activities.
• Ensure timely dispatch of finished goods as per customer orders.
• Coordinate with the production, stores, logistics, and sales teams for smooth dispatch operations.
• Prepare and verify dispatch documents such as invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, LR copies, and transport documents.
• Monitor vehicle loading to ensure correct quantity, quality, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with transporters to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Track dispatched materials and update delivery status.
• Maintain dispatch records and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Resolve dispatch-related issues and customer delivery concerns.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
• Supervise dispatch staff and loading personnel.
