Job Description
We are looking for an energetic, motivated local person to join our team immediately as a Field Scout. You do not need high experience, but you must know the local roads of Mangalagiri, Tadepalli, Amaravati, Tenali and Guntur . This is a 100% field job.
Key Responsibilities:
Layout Scouting: Ride your bike daily through newly developing layouts inMangalagiri, Tadepalli, Amaravati, Tenali and Guntur to identify vacant plots.
Lead Generation: Talk to neighbors or workers on-site to collect contact numbers of plot owners (Minimum target: 5 verified phone numbers per day).
B2B Networking: Visit local Sub-Registrar offices, bank loan branches, and real estate offices, Engineers weekly to build referral partnerships.
Daily Reporting: Update management every evening via WhatsApp with the numbers collected and people met.
