Job Description

Core Responsibilities: Leading the Science of Nutrition

  • Strategic Portfolio Leadership: Own the roadmap for high-science categories:
  • The First 1000 Days: Infant Formula (Term/Pre-term) and Stage-specific Nutrition.
  • Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT): Hypoallergenic, Special Formula, and Metabolic Nutrition.
  • Clinical & Pediatric Excellence: Hospital-based enteral nutrition and therapeutic nutraceuticals.
  • Scientific Brand Positioning: Transform complex clinical data into compelling Feature-Advantage-Benefit (FAB) stories for Neonatologists, Pediatricians, and Chief Dietitians.
  • NPD & Nutritional Innovation: Bridge the gap between market needs and science by leading New Product Development in coordination with R&D and Clinical Affairs.
  • HCP Ecosystem Engagement: Design high-level scientific programs, including CMEs, Round Tables, and Hospital-NICU protocols, ensuring Nutribray is the "Science Partner" of choice for doctors.
  • Regulatory & Ethics Stewardship: Ensure all marketing collateral and field activities strictly adhere to WHO Code Compliance and local infant nutrition regulations (IMS Act).

 

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a leader who breathes nutrition science. Whether you come from a pharmaceutical or a core clinical nutrition background, your expertise in Prescription-driven Nutrition is key.

Education:

  • Mandatory: B.Sc / M.Sc in Nutrition & Dietetics, Clinical Nutrition, Food Technology, or B.Pharma.
  • Preferred: MBA in Marketing with a specialization in Healthcare or Agribusiness/Food Management.

Experience:

  • 3 – 5+ years in specialized sectors: Infant Nutrition, Clinical Nutrition, or Pediatric Sales/Marketing.
  • Proven track record in managing products that require detailed scientific detailing to specialists (Neonatologists/Gastroenterologists).
  • Experience in leading teams of Product Managers to execute large-scale GTM strategies.

Specific Skills:

  • Clinical Fluency: Ability to read and translate clinical trials/monographs into marketing visual aids.
  • Knowledge of the IMS Act: Deep understanding of the regulatory landscape for infant milk substitutes.
  • Relationship Management: Existing familiarity with the nutrition departments of major hospital chains and key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the nutrition space.
