Job Title: Relationship Manager – Field Sales

Company: Varthana Finance

Job Locations: Rajkot, Mainpuri, Agra, Haldwani & Dehradun

Job Role: School & College Loan Sales

Job Description:

  • Identify and approach schools and educational institutions for loan requirements.
  • Generate business through direct sales and self-sourcing.
  • Build and maintain relationships with school owners and management.
  • Achieve sales targets and support loan processing.

Eligibility:

  • MBA/BBA freshers are welcome to apply.
  • Sales experience in Home Loans/LAP or financial services is preferred.
  • Local candidates with good market knowledge are preferred.
  • Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving licence.
  • Comfortable with field sales and daily travel.
