Job Description
- Take orders promptly and accurately, ensuring billing is done as per system.
- All bills must be printed.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team for timely preparation and service.
- Ensure correct portion, presentation and quality of food before serving.
- Provide courteous service and address guest queries effectively.
- Follow grooming standards and maintain a professional demeanor.
- Ensure correct serving sequence and presentation of food and beverages.
- Collect customer feedback and escalate concerns to Supervisors.
