* *Weighbridge Operations:* Accurately record vehicle tare and gross weights to ensure precise material measurement.

 * *Documentation & Compliance:* Generate delivery challans, invoices, and E-way bills in strict accordance with GST and mining regulations.

 * *Loading Coordination:* Manage vehicle queuing and direct loader operators to ensure the correct material grades are dispatched.

 * *Inventory Tracking:* Maintain real-time logs of outgoing stock and incoming raw feed, reconciling system data with physical stockpiles.

 * *Reporting:* Prepare daily and monthly dispatch summaries to monitor plant productivity and turnaround times.

 * *Site Safety & Standards:* Enforce vehicle load limits and ensure drivers adhere to plant safety protocols and PPE requirements.
