Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Agent Recruitment: Identify, hire, and build a strong pipeline of high-caliber sales agents.
• Training & Development: Conduct product training, field demonstrations, and coaching to improve sales skills and prospecting habits.
• Sales & Revenue Generation: Set clear goals for the agency team, drive business plans, and ensure branch sales targets are achieved.
• Relationship & Performance Management: Work closely with agents to review activities, motivate the team, and maximize retention.
• Compliance & Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and ensure all operations adhere to regulatory and company guidelines.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree .
• Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in sales, business development.
• Skills: Strong team leadership, excellent networking abilities, financial acumen, and strategic problem-solving.
• Communication: Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills to build strong partnerships with agents and clients.
