About Us

RKD CONSTRUCTIONS is a growing construction services company based in Malbazar having projects across pan India We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team and help keep our books accurate, compliant, and up to date.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate books of accounts, including general ledger, journal entries, and bank reconciliations
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, vendor payments, and collections follow-up
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports
• Handle GST computation and filing, TDS deductions and returns, and other statutory compliance
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Support internal and external audits by preparing schedules and documentation
• Process payroll inputs and employee expense claims
• Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in accounts, and suggest process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com); CA Inter, CMA Inter, or equivalent is a plus
• [2-4] years of relevant accounting experience
• Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally Prime, Zoho Books, or SAP
• Strong command of MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas)
• Preferred SkillsFamiliarity with ERP systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi
• Ability to meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision
• Integrity and confidentiality in handling financial data
