Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and direct visits.
2. Assist clients in finding suitable marriage profiles based on preferences.
3. Maintain and update customer profiles in the database.
4. Follow up with registered members and families.
5. Explain membership plans and matrimony services to customers.
6. Coordinate meetings and profile matching processes.
7. Build good relationships with clients and provide excellent customer support.

Requirements:

1. Good communication skills in Tamil (English is an added advantage).
2. Basic computer and mobile handling knowledge.
3. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
4. Strong customer handling and convincing skills preferred.
5. Female/Male candidates can apply.
