Telecaller

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, generating leads, explaining products/services, and maintaining positive customer relationships.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
• Explain company products/services and address customer queries.
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
• Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in CRM or Excel.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
