Job Summary Vasantham Traders is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Stock Incharge to manage inventory, oversee stock movements, coordinate purchases, maintain warehouse stock levels, and support billing operations. The candidate should ensure accurate stock records and smooth day-to-day inventory management.

• Key Responsibilities Maintain and monitor stock inventory records accurately.
• Handle inward and outward stock movements.
• Ensure timely replenishment of stock and maintain optimum inventory levels.
• Coordinate purchasing activities with suppliers and vendors.
• Manage godown operations and ensure proper storage of materials.
• Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification.
• Prepare stock reports and maintain inventory documentation.
• Assist in billing and invoice generation.
• Coordinate with sales and accounts teams for stock reconciliation.
• Ensure stock availability to support business operations.
• RequirementsAny Degree/Diploma.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in stock management, inventory control, or warehouse operations.
• Basic knowledge of Tally ERP, MS Excel, and billing procedures.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Preferred Candidate Experienced in Stock Maintaining and Purchasing, Refill the Go-Downs,and Billings.
