Job Summary

KKR Construction & Water Proofing Solution is looking for a dedicated and responsible Site Supervisor to manage daily construction and waterproofing site operations. The ideal candidate should be capable of supervising workers, monitoring project progress, ensuring quality work, and maintaining safety standards at the site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily construction and waterproofing site activities

• Manage labor teams and coordinate site work schedules

• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion

• Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are followed

• Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and workers

• Maintain daily work reports and site records

• Check material usage and site inventory

• Handle on-site issues and provide quick solutions

• Monitor waterproofing application and finishing work

• Report daily progress updates to management

Requirement :

• Male candidate preferred

• 0–5 years of experience in site supervision or construction field

• Basic knowledge of construction and waterproofing work

• Ability to manage workers and site activities

• Good communication skills in Tamil & basic English

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

• Two-wheeler preferred

• Willingness to travel to project sites if required

Preferred Qualifications :

• Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering preferred

• Experience in construction or waterproofing projects is an advantage
