Sales Executive

A Cashier is responsible for providing excellent customer service while accurately processing customer purchases and handling financial transactions. The role involves operating a cash register or point-of-sale (POS) system, maintaining a clean checkout area, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Process cash, credit, debit, and digital payment transactions accurately.
• Issue receipts, refunds, exchanges, and change as required.
• Balance the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Answer customer questions and resolve basic complaints courteously.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked checkout area.
• Assist with bagging purchases and promoting store loyalty programs or special offers.
• Follow company policies regarding cash handling, security, and customer service.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
