Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Jewellery Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to provide an exceptional shopping experience to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and understand their jewellery requirements.
• Assist customers in selecting gold, diamond, silver, and other jewellery products.
• Explain product features, pricing, offers, and making charges.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to store revenue.
• Maintain product displays and ensure the showroom is clean and well-presented.
• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
• Handle billing support, stock coordination, and basic store operations.
• Follow company policies and maintain professionalism at all times.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
• Experience in jewellery, retail, or luxury sales is preferred. Freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
• Ability to work in a team and achieve sales targets.
• Basic computer knowledge is an added advantage.
