Job SummaryWe are seeking a smart, organized, and proactive Female Personal Secretary to provide administrative and executive support to the Director. The candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling communications, preparing reports, and accompanying the Director for official meetings and business travel when required.
- Key ResponsibilitiesManage the Director's calendar, appointments, and daily schedule.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and business appointments.
- Handle phone calls, emails, correspondence, and official communications.
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting notes, and business documents.
- Maintain confidential records and sensitive information.
- Follow up on tasks, commitments, and project activities.
- Coordinate with clients, partners, educational institutions, and government departments.
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and meeting logistics.
- Accompany the Director for official meetings, events, conferences, and business visits as required.
- Perform administrative and executive support functions efficiently.
- RequirementsFemale candidates only.
- Any Degree (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Email, Internet, and document preparation.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Professional appearance and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Willingness to travel is mandatory for this position.
- Flexibility to travel within Tamil Nadu and other locations as required for official business purposes.
- Preferred SkillsExperience as a Personal Secretary, Executive Assistant, Office Coordinator, or Administrative Executive.
- Good presentation and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
