🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide an excellent shopping experience.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery.

• Present Gold, Diamond, Silver, and Temple Jewellery professionally.

• Explain purity, BIS hallmark, weight, making charges, pricing, and certifications.

• Guide customers in selecting jewellery for weddings, festivals, gifting, and special occasions.

• Build long-term customer relationships through follow-ups and after-sales support.
