Requirements

✅ Degree holder

✅ 2–5 years of experience in hotel/restaurant management

✅ Strong experience in restaurant operations & staff management

✅ Good communication and leadership skills

✅ Ability to handle customers, billing, sales & inventory

✅ Responsible, hardworking and well-organized

✅ Immediate joiners preferred

Job Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations

• Supervise and manage staff

• Handle customer service and complaints

• Monitor sales, billing and inventory

• Maintain food quality, hygiene and cleanliness

• Manage staff shifts and attendance

• Train staff and assign daily responsibilities

• Ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations

💰 Salary & Growth

💵 Starting Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

📈 Salary Increment After 3 Months Based on Performance
