Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of our jewellery business. The role involves financial planning, budgeting, taxation, cash flow management, compliance, inventory control, and strategic financial decision-making to support business growth and profitability.

• Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Planning & AnalysisPrepare annual budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.
• Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, and profitability across branches.
• Prepare and present MIS reports to management.
• Accounting & Financial ReportingEnsure accurate maintenance of books of accounts.
• Review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Monitor general ledger, receivables, payables, and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Taxation & Statutory ComplianceOversee GST, TDS, Income Tax, Professional Tax, and other statutory compliances.
• Ensure timely filing of returns and payment of taxes.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and government authorities.
• Handle assessments, notices, and compliance-related matters.
• Inventory & Cost ControlMonitor inventory valuation of gold, diamond, silver, and other jewellery products.
• Ensure accurate stock reconciliation and inventory accounting.
• Analyze inventory turnover and stock aging.
• Control operational costs and improve financial efficiency.
• Treasury & Cash Flow ManagementManage cash flow, banking transactions, and working capital.
• Coordinate with banks for loans, credit facilities, and financial arrangements.
• Monitor daily fund requirements and liquidity planning.
• Ensure effective utilization of financial resources.
• Audit & Risk ManagementCoordinate internal, statutory, and tax audits.
• Establish and strengthen internal financial controls.
• Identify financial risks and implement mitigation measures.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Team ManagementLead and supervise the Accounts & Finance team.
• Review team performance and provide guidance.
• Develop efficient financial processes and reporting systems.
