Job SummaryWe are looking for a Customer Care Executive to handle customer inquiries, provide information about our services, resolve customer concerns, and ensure a positive customer experience through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesAttend incoming customer calls and respond professionally.
  • Handle customer queries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media platforms.
  • Provide accurate information about company services and programs.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Maintain customer records and update CRM/database regularly.
  • Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, registrations, and service requests.
  • Collect customer feedback and report it to management.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for customer support requirements.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Meet daily and monthly customer service targets.
  • Required SkillsExcellent communication skills in Tamil and English.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer handling skills.
  • Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Positive attitude and professional behavior.
  • QualificationAny Degree / Diploma.
  • Freshers or experienced candidates can apply.
  • Experience in customer support, telecalling, or customer service is an added advantage.
