- Generate and qualify travel leads.
- Connect with customers via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable holiday packages.
- Prepare quotations and itineraries.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into bookings.
- Maintain customer records in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth booking execution.
