About the RoleWe are looking for an energetic and responsible Branch Manager to manage the complete branch operations, achieve business targets, lead the team, and ensure excellent customer service.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day branch operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Achieve monthly admission, revenue, collection, and student enrollment targets.
• Lead, motivate, and monitor Counselling, Telecalling, Marketing, and Support teams.
• Set daily and weekly targets for the branch team and track performance.
• Monitor leads, follow-ups, walk-ins, admissions, and conversions.
• Handle customer/student enquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Build strong relationships with students, parents, schools, colleges, and local customers.
• Conduct daily team meetings and performance reviews.
• Identify low-performing employees and provide coaching and improvement plans.
• Ensure proper follow-up of all leads and pending admissions.
• Coordinate with the HR and management teams for recruitment and manpower requirements.
• Maintain branch reports, MIS, attendance, collections, and daily activity records.
• Ensure branch discipline, punctuality, and company policies are followed.
• Take responsibility for overall branch business growth and employee performance.

• Preferred Candidate ProfileGraduate in any discipline.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in Branch Management, Sales, Education, Banking, Insurance, Service, or similar industries.
• Candidates with proven team-handling and target-achievement experience will be preferred.
• Local candidates with good knowledge of the branch location are preferred.

Salary₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Salary will be based on experience and interview performance.
