Job Description

Job Role / Responsibilities :

  • Customer handling and customer relationship management
  • Customer follow-up through telecalling
  • Explaining loan products, loan details, eligibility and process to customers
  • Loan application processing and coordination
  • KYC verification and document verification
  • Customer document collection and documentation work
  • Regular follow-up with customers regarding loan status
  • Field-level customer visits and customer meetings
  • Generating and following up on customer leads
  • Supporting the team in completing the loan process from application to disbursement
