Territory Sales Manager-LOANS AGAINST GOLD-Marketing Branches Operations

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the Loans Against Gold business in assigned territories. This role requires strong leadership and sales skills to motivate and guide a team of sales professionals. You will develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets, maintain relationships with clients, and ensure a smooth and efficient sales process. The position offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on the bank's business growth and success.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and develop effective sales plans.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and bank policies, maintaining a high standard of ethical conduct.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to align sales efforts and enhance overall business performance.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends, providing accurate information to customers and team members.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the sales skills and product knowledge of the team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a high-performing sales team.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior in the Loans Against Gold segment.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territories for business development and client meetings.
