Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers

• Explain products/services and generate customer interest

• Convert leads into sales through effective communication and follow-ups

• Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer interactions

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

• Handle customer queries and objections professionally

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding

• Maintain positive customer relationships and ensure timely follow-ups

Requirements & Qualifications• 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or telemarketing

• Strong communication and convincing skills

• Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM, and online communication tools

• Ability to handle customer objections and follow-up effectively

• Good spoken Hindi and English (regional language is a plus)

• Self-motivated, disciplined, and result-oriented personality
