Core Responsibilities

• Appointment Management: Book, reschedule, or cancel patient appointments, ensuring an organized daily schedule for doctors.
• Patient Inquiries: Answer incoming calls and explain clinic services, procedures, treatment plans, and pricing in a clear, empathetic manner.
• Outbound Outreach: Make outbound calls to follow up on leads, provide information on wellness packages, and confirm next-day appointments.
• Database Maintenance: Accurately update and maintain patient records, call logs, and scheduling databases in compliance with privacy guidelines.
• Clinic Coordination: Act as a liaison between patients, doctors, and nursing staff. This often includes passing along urgent messages or lab results under clinical supervision.
• Front Desk Support: In smaller practices, frequently manage reception duties, greet visitors, and assist with general clinic administration.

Key Skills Required
