Job Description

Telecaller

  • Make outbound calls to customers regarding pending loan EMIs and overdue payments.
  • Follow up with customers and encourage timely payment of outstanding dues.
  • Explain payment details, due amounts, and available payment options to customers.
  • Maintain proper records of customer conversations and follow-ups.
  • Achieve daily and monthly collection and calling targets.
  • Good Hindi and Punjabi communication skills required.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
  • Previous experience in loan collection, telecalling, BPO, or customer service will be preferred.
  • Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
  • Basic computer knowledge is required.
