Solar Technician

We are looking for a hardworking and technically skilled Solar Installation Technician to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of rooftop solar power plants for residential, commercial, and industrial customers.

Responsibilities:

• Install solar PV modules, mounting structures, inverters, and electrical equipment.
• Perform DC and AC wiring as per project drawings.
• Install earthing and lightning protection systems.
• Conduct site surveys and measurements.
• Testing and commissioning of on-grid and hybrid solar systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve solar system faults.
• Assist in net metering and electrical inspections.
• Ensure proper safety practices while working at heights and handling electrical equipment.
• Maintain installation quality and project documentation.
• Coordinate with site supervisors and customers during project execution. Solar technicians commonly install, wire, test, maintain, and troubleshoot PV systems while following safety procedures.
