Shift Incharge

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Shift Incharge to manage day-to-day warehouse operations during the assigned shift. The candidate will be responsible for manpower handling, inventory movement, dispatch/receiving activities, and ensuring smooth and timely operations.

Qualification: 12th Pass

Experience: Minimum 1 year in warehouse/logistics operations

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day warehouse activities during the assigned shift.
• Supervise and coordinate with warehouse staff and helpers.
• Manage manpower allocation and attendance.
• Ensure proper loading, unloading, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Maintain stock and inventory records.
• Ensure timely completion of shift targets.
• Coordinate with supervisors and transporters.
• Maintain safety, housekeeping and discipline at the workplace.
• Prepare basic daily shift reports and ensure proper shift handover.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and manpower handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations.
• Basic computer/MS Excel knowledge preferred.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
