Job Description
JOB OPENING: Team Leader / Career Counselor
- Position: Team Leader / Career Counselor
- Gender Preference: Male / Female
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (9-hour shift)
- Salary: Attractive fixed salary + Handsome performance incentives
- Requirement: Personal vehicle is compulsory
Key Responsibilities
- Public Relations: Build and maintain strong professional relationships with nearby companies and partner organizations.
- Counseling Services: Provide high-quality career counseling to candidates through online sessions, offline meetings, and home visits.
- Team Leadership: Guide and supervise team members to achieve daily organizational goals.
Key Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle both corporate PR and client-facing counseling.
- Willingness to travel locally for home visits and client meetings.
