Job Description
- PLC Programming and System Design:
- Develop and optimize PLC programs for various automation systems, including HMI (Human Machine Interface) setup, alarm systems, and control protocols.
- Project Management:
- Lead and manage PLC programming tasks, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Troubleshooting and Maintenance:
- Troubleshoot PLC and automation system issues, and perform maintenance and upgrades.
- Mentoring and Training:
- Provide guidance and training to junior engineers, helping them develop their PLC programming skills.
- Client Communication and Collaboration:
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and other engineers to ensure project requirements are met.
- System Optimization:
- Optimize PLC programs for improved performance, efficiency, and reliability.
- Documentation:
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for PLC systems, including programming logic, schematics, and maintenance procedures.
- Stay updated:
- Keep abreast of the latest PLC technologies and industry standards
