Plant Supervisor

Job Description: We are looking for a responsible, proactive and organised Plant Supervisor to manage the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing unit.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling workers, coordinating production, maintaining stock records and ensuring timely dispatch of customer orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Production Supervision: Monitor daily production, coordinate with machine operators and ensure orders are completed on time.
• Labour Management: Supervise factory workers, allocate tasks, track attendance and maintain discipline.
• Stock Management: Maintain accurate records of raw materials, finished goods and daily stock movement.
• Dispatch Coordination: Plan and manage dispatches, coordinate with transporters and ensure timely deliveries.
• Billing & Documentation: Prepare invoices, maintain production and dispatch records, and handle basic documentation.
• Payment Follow-ups: Coordinate with customers and the sales team regarding pending payments.
• Quality Control: Ensure finished products meet quality standards before dispatch.
• Daily Reporting: Share regular updates on production, stock, pending orders and dispatches with management.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in factory supervision, production coordination or operations management preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets and computer operations.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage labour and handle multiple responsibilities independently.
• Responsible, detail-oriented and willing to learn.
