Merchandiser

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead product category planning, assortment strategy, and merchandise execution.
• Work closely with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams (design, planning, sales) for end-to-end product delivery.
• Analyze sales performance, inventory turnover, and market trends to drive category growth.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiations, and quality control standards.
• Monitor pricing strategies, margins, and stock levels to maximize profitability.

Requirements & Skills:

• Experience: 3 to 7+ years of experience in Merchandising, Buying, or Sourcing (adjust as needed).
• Strong knowledge of product development, vendor networks, and cost negotiation.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel / ERP software.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Management, Business Administration, or relevant field.
