Market Development Executive

About the Role--B&B Tools is looking for a proactive and energetic Market Development Executive to expand the company’s presence in the industrial market for Roll Forming Machines, Press Tools, and Industrial Automation Solutions.

The role primarily focuses on field visits, market networking, lead generation, and building strong relationships with industrial customers and dealers.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit industrial areas, fabrication units, rolling shutter manufacturers, roofing sheet manufacturers, and related industries
• Promote company products and services in the local and regional market
• Generate new business leads through field visits and networking
• Build relationships with dealers, contractors, fabricators, and industrial customers
• Share product catalogs, brochures, and machine information with prospects
• Arrange and coordinate customer factory visits
• Maintain regular follow-up with leads through calls and WhatsApp
• Collect market feedback and competitor information
• Submit daily and weekly visit reports
• Coordinate with internal technical and management teams for customer requirements
• Required Skills & QualificationsGood communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident personality with field work interest
• Basic understanding of industrial or machinery-related business preferred
• Ability to build professional relationships with customers
• Knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, and basic reporting
• Willingness to travel for market visits
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred
