Job Responsibilities:
- Processing loan application files.
- Logging in and submitting loan files to the respective institutions.
- Following up on pending cases and documentation.
- Coordinating with customers regarding loan requirements and updates.
- Ensuring timely completion of the loan process.
- Maintaining accurate records and reports.
Requirements:
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills.
- Prior experience in loan processing will be preferred.
