Job Description
We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening profiles, conducting initial interviews, coordinating interviews with management, and maintaining candidate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and shortlist suitable candidates through various channels.
- Conduct initial screening and interviews.
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates.
- Maintain recruitment records and joining documentation.
- Support onboarding and other HR activities.
- Ensure timely hiring as per company requirements.
Skills: Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills, confidence, and basic knowledge of recruitment processes.
