Key Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition: Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interviewing.
• Onboarding: Conduct seamless employee orientation programs to integrate new hires into company culture.
• Employee Relations: Address staff grievances, manage conflict resolution, and advise on internal company policies.
• Performance Evaluation: Assist department leaders with annual performance appraisals and goal-setting cycles.
• Compliance Management: Maintain all physical and digital employee records in compliance with national labor regulations.
• Compensation & Benefits: Assist with monthly payroll validation, attendance tracking, and medical insurance schemes.
• Training Support: Coordinate internal upskilling workshops and professional development initiatives for staff.
