📝 Job Overview: We are hiring experienced Field Sales Executives to drive sales, generate new business opportunities, and expand market presence for FMCG products. 🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads and business opportunities / ਨਵੇਂ ਲੀਡ ਅਤੇ ਬਿਜ਼ਨਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਪੈਦਾ ਕਰਨਾ

• Visit retailers, distributors, and customers for sales development / ਰਿਟੇਲਰਾਂ, ਡਿਸਟ੍ਰੀਬਿਊਟਰਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਗਾਹਕਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਮਿਲ ਕੇ ਵਿਕਰੀ ਵਧਾਉਣਾ

• Convert leads into successful sales / ਲੀਡਜ਼ ਨੂੰ ਸਫਲ ਵਿਕਰੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਦਲਣਾ

• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships / ਗਾਹਕਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਸੰਬੰਧ ਬਣਾਉਣਾ ਅਤੇ ਬਣਾਈ ਰੱਖਣਾ

• Achieve monthly sales targets / ਮਹੀਨਾਵਾਰ ਸੇਲਜ਼ ਟਾਰਗੇਟ ਪੂਰੇ ਕਰਨਾ

• Expand market reach and generate new business / ਮਾਰਕੀਟ ਦਾ ਵਿਸਥਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਨਵਾਂ ਕਾਰੋਬਾਰ ਵਿਕਸਤ ਕਰਨਾ

🎓 Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 2–5 years of FMCG sales experience required / FMCG ਸੇਲਜ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਘੱਟੋ-ਘੱਟ 2–5 ਸਾਲ ਦਾ ਤਜਰਬਾ ਲਾਜ਼ਮੀ ਹੈ

• Beverages industry experience preferred / ਬੇਵਰੇਜ ਇੰਡਸਟਰੀ ਦਾ ਤਜਰਬਾ ਹੋਵੇ ਤਾਂ ਤਰਜੀਹ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ

• Good communication and customer handling skills / ਵਧੀਆ ਕਮਿਊਨੀਕੇਸ਼ਨ ਅਤੇ ਗਾਹਕ ਸੰਭਾਲਣ ਦੀ ਯੋਗਤਾ

🚗 Mandatory Requirements:

• Own Vehicle Required / ਆਪਣਾ ਵਾਹਨ ਲਾਜ਼ਮੀ ਹੈ

• Valid Driving License Mandatory / ਵੈਧ ਡਰਾਈਵਿੰਗ ਲਾਇਸੈਂਸ ਲਾਜ਼ਮੀ ਹੈ
